Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Growy app, or by creating an account, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account and do not use the service.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Growy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, as described in section 14.

Growy is a mental reprogramming app offering a structured 90-day program composed of: daily mood and intention check-ins, personalized positive affirmations, motivational quotes, audio playlists, progress tracking (streak, achievements), and wellness educational content.

The service is intended solely for personal use and personal development. Growy is NOT a healthcare service, does NOT replace diagnosis, treatment, therapy, psychological or psychiatric professional counseling, and MUST NOT be used as such.

In case of mental health symptoms, emotional crisis, or any medical condition, immediately consult a qualified health professional.

To use Growy, you must be at least 13 (thirteen) years old, in accordance with the minimum age policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Users between 13 and 17 years of age must have explicit parental or legal guardian authorization to create an account and use the service. The legal guardian is fully responsible for the minor's use.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, an account is required. You may register with email and password or via Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Notify us immediately at suporte@getgrowy.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

Creating more than one personal account or creating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization is prohibited.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Share your access credentials or allow third parties to use your account.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, or sublicense any content from the app without prior written authorization.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

• Send, post, or transmit illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene content, or content that violates third-party rights.

• Use bots, automated scripts, or other automated means to access the service.

• Interfere with the technical operation of the service or the connected servers and networks.

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and legal liability.

All content available on Growy — including but not limited to: texts, motivational quotes, affirmations, visual design, icons, logos, source code, playlists, videos, and the Growy brand — is the exclusive property of Growy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Granting access to the app does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal purposes, as permitted by these terms.

Content you create within the app (personal affirmations, dreams, goals) remains your property, and you grant us a limited license to store and display it for you.

Growy offers a free plan with basic features and a premium plan with full access to content and advanced features.

The prices, benefits, and conditions of the premium plan are displayed on the subscription screen within the app and on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Premium subscriptions are processed directly by Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Growy does not store credit card data or payment information.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly, annual, or as contracted), unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store Subscription Manager (iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.

Refunds: refund policies are governed exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Growy does not process refunds directly.

Free trial: when offered, the free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription at its end, unless cancelled in advance.

Growy is a personal development and wellness tool. The content offered is informational and motivational in nature and does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

We make no representations or warranties as to the effectiveness of the program for specific medical or psychological conditions.

You assume full responsibility for the use of information and content available in the app.

NEVER ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything you have read or seen in Growy.

The app is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the service.

In no event shall Growy's total liability to you, for any cause of action, exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 (twelve) months.

You may close your account at any time through the app's settings menu or by following the instructions at getgrowy.app/delete-account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use, for security reasons, due to prolonged inactivity, or as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in force.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to: Profile → Delete Account in the app, or send an email to suporte@getgrowy.app.

Note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account, to avoid future charges.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Growy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do, we will publish the revised version in the app and on the website with the new effective date.

For material changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice via an in-app notice or by email.

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, close your account before the effective date.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

For users in Brazil, these terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).
